Perot Systems Government Services (PSGS), Environmental Services Division (formerly Technology Planning and Management Corporation) has been involved in management, analysis, and dissemination of information related to drinking water since 1993.  Clients have ranged from the federal government to the American Water Works Association (AWWA) to drinking water utilities.  Pertinent corporate skills include Information System Architecture Requirements, information systems requirements analyses,  database development, website development, statistical data analysis, Geographic Information Systems, and World Wide Web-based systems.  PSGS has supported research and operations for a wide variety of projects ranging from pathogens research through Drinking Water utility operations.

PSGS' Environmental Services Division has a broad background supporting environmental information system development, environmental monitoring, data summarization, public outreach, training, and data mining.  These capabilities allow us to help our clients optimize their information systems and their use of information.  We support a number of large government projects with these kinds of services.  Our current client base includes the Environmental Protections Agency, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA), and the City of Tucson.  Partnered with McGuire Environmental Consultants, we bring a unique ability to combine critical engineering understanding with the ability to handle, interpret, and disseminate information for the drinking water community.

McGuire Environmental Consultants, Inc. is a specialty firm whose primary focus is providing services to the municipal and private water utility market, especially in the areas of water  quality and water treatment. The firm's focus runs the gamut from planning and information management, to day-to-day operational decision making, to management-level issues. MEC is dedicated to providing "quality services that ensure safe drinking water."

Summers & Hooper, Inc. (S&H), performs high-quality, low-level drinking water analyses and advanced water treatment evaluations for drinking  water utilities, consulting firms, universities, and government agencies. S&H's custom-designed engineering and analytical laboratory facility is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. is a century-old firm of independent environmental engineers, scientists and consultants focused on its mission of crafting "global solutions to the most challenging environmental problems in, on and above the planet."  From over 40 offices nationwide, Malcolm Pirnie offers comprehensive environmental expertise to municipal, industrial and federal clients.

RESOLVE is a non-profit organization specializing in neutral mediation, facilitation and consensus building services with particular expertise in environmental, energy, health,  biotechnology, and natural resources issues.  For over 20 years, RESOLVE's mediators have been working with parties to solve specific issues such as complex water quality, drinking water, wastewater, and water allocation issues. RESOLVE is dedicated to improving dialogue and negotiation between parties to solve complex problems and advancing both research and practice in the dispute resolution field.  RESOLVE also conducts training in conflict resolution and public participation and offers coaching and mentoring services.
