Groundwater Protection Council (GWPC) Environmental
Information Management Suite (EIMS) - Source Water Assessment Database
Development*
Description: In 1992, the GWPC began developing the Environmental
Information Manage-ment Suite (EIMS) to improve regulatory decision-making.
This system is designed to assist states and industry in managing natural
resources. The next major step in GWPC's EIMS program is the Source Water
Assessment Database, currently utilized by Oklahoma, Nebraska and Nevada.
