Note:  Puerto Rico's SWAP Plan was approved on March 17, 2000 but is not on the Internet.  The United States Geological Survey (USGS) is in collaboration with the Puerto Rico Department of Health in its development of a Source Water Assessment Program for drinking water systems throughout Puerto Rico. Territories are excluded from the DWSRF Program, and the U.S. Virgin Islands is therefore not actively involved in SWAP.
